1.  The Nursery is staffed fifteen minutes prior to the first service.

2.  Fill out a Child Profile Card. Fill the card out once per year, notify staff of any changes.

3.  Fill out a Child Instruction Card for your child each Sunday morning.

4.  Sign your child/children in on the Nursery Sign-In Form, noting your location (where you will be in the building) and get a numbered card tag.

5.  The numbered clip tag goes on the diaper bag and you keep the other tag, so we will be able to page you, if necessary.  The digital pager is located to the left of the stage in the sanctuary.  The numbered card tag also allows us to know who is picking your child up.

6.  Write your child’s name and card number on a sticky name tag and place it on your child’s back each Sunday morning.

7.  PLEASE RETURN THE NUMBERED CARD upon picking your child up from the nursery.

8.  LABEL ALL of your child’s belongings, including bottles & sippy cups.
