Visitors will be given a number tag that matches one placed with their child at the time of check-in. Preschoolers receive a yellow tag (3 yrs old – 5 yrs old), and Kindergartners receive an orange tag.

Members and regular attendees are assigned a permanent number that remains the same until their child goes into the 1st Grade.

Please complete a yellow Information Card. These are located at the sign-in table in the Preschool area. The information on the cards are kept confidential. These cards are very important in bringing to our attention any special needs or health issues of the children. We would also like to send your child a birthday card so please include their birthday and your address.
