Assistant Leader -Assists Team
Leader with duties. May be responsible for
alternating month staffing, facilities preparation
and clean-up.

Song Coordinator- Selects music
up to a year at a time. Provides songs,
words, and motions in appropriate formats
to equip those leading. Leads music every
other month.

Song Leader- Leads music alternating
with coordinator
PS
Storyteller- Tells the Bible story
in a creative, energetic, and engaging manner.
Leads prayer request sharing and prayer
time.
PS
Craft Coordinator- Gathers supplies
needed for weekly crafts.
PS
Craft Teacher- Leads craft activity.
PS
Welcome Center- Greets children
and families warmly. Attempts to learn the
children’s names. Explains check-in/out
procedures to new families. Recognizes the
responsibility of being the “front door”
to children’s ministries. May need to assist
parents with new or clingy children. Counts
attendance and submits to Sunday school
superintendent and usher/greeter. Stuffs
sack with take-home papers, etc. May float
to assist other teachers or facilitate rotation
of groups.

Snack Server- Serves food and drink
to children with an awareness of allergies
or other limitations. Leads snack prayer |
