We are pleased you are considering Shining Stars Preschool for your child's schooling. We offer a Christian education through academic, social, physical and spiritual activities for each child. We believe your child will flourish with our experienced staff, limited class sizes, and the attitudes of Christian love practiced in all areas of school life

All Classes begin at 9:00 and end at 11:55

Classes do not exceed 16 children.  Our classes operate with a 1:8 teacher/student ratio.

The minimum age for enrollment is 3 years by August 1.  Children must be potty-trained.

2-Day Class  Tuesday/Thursday	$1,000/year = $100/month
3-Day Class  Monday/Wednesday/Friday	$1,500/year = $150/month
5-Day Class  Monday-Friday	$2,500/year = $250/month

 

Optional Lunch Bunch

 Lunch Bunch is an optional after school program offered daily from noon to 1pm. This is a structured, fun-filled time. Children bring their own lunch and participate in an organized activity, and/or free play time with friends each day. This is a wonderful opportunity for your child, and it gives you an extra hour in your day.  The charge is $5/day.

A completed Application and the Application Fee of $35 are required to secure your child's placement in the preschool.  Requested class choice will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  A Confirmation Letter and Open House Invitation will be mailed to you during the summer.

Tution Payments 

Shining Stars Preschool has contracted with FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition payments. FACTS Management Company serves over 4,000 schools nationwide and is the industry leader in tuition management for private and public schools.  In the next few weeks, you will be receiving an Initial Invoice (Tuition Account Billing Invoice) from FACTS Management Company.  It will list your total tuition and fee balance due the school for the upcoming school year along with instructions on how to make your full payment OR enroll in a payment plan online.

Shining Stars Preschool will no longer be billing tuition monthly.  Payment options are below:

1.    Tuition Payment Options

¨   Payment in full is due by September 1. If a prepaid student withdraws, tuition paid in advance will be refunded minus the current month.

¨   Pay by the semester due August 20 and January 5.

¨    Pay in ten monthly installments beginning August through F.A.C.T.S Management Company.

2.    Monthly payments will be made through F.A.C.T.S. Management Company using automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account. Payments begin in August and end in May for a total of 10 payments. There is a $38 one-time yearly processing fee charged by F.A.C.T.S. (If for any reason your bank account is closed or changed, all tuition is due and payable immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with the Director.)

 

3.    Refunds - Given two weeks notice, the office will refund prepaid tuition minus the current month for a child who is withdrawn from the program. The child's class place may then be given to another child.

 

4.    Additional Fees

A.   Enrollment fee of $35 is due with Enrollment Forms payable by check.

B.   Supply & Curriculum Fee of $100 is due September 1 payable by check or may be paid through F.A.C.T.S.

C.   Fees for Lunch Bunch and Late Pick-up Fee are assessed separately. Information is available upon request.
