ECC's Vacation Bible School is moving in a whole new direction. For years VBS at ECC has been known in the community as a high energy, powerful week-long gathering at our building. This year, we want to take that same high energy and powerful message to the community of Ellettsville.

Our VBS theme this year is NEIGBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY. For each of our three NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY Gatherings, we are highlighting local organizations, establishments and traditions well known in the Ellettsville community.

Local Establisment	Stone Cutting
Bible Story	Wise man builds his house on the Rock. Jesus is the rock we all need to build our lives on.
Special Guest	A stone cutter from Bybe Stone will be on site carving a statue out of Limestone. Children will also have the opportunity to tinker with tools of the stone cutter trade as they chip away and carve out their own stone masterpieces.

Bible Story	Joshua and the Israelites marching around the city of Jericho
Local Organization	Edgewood Marching Band
Special Guest	Representatives from the Edgewood Marching Mustangs (with instruments). Families will enjoy seeing local marching band members up close and involved in a hilarious short drama.
